Meeting space: 

Our event space encompasses over 1,100 square feet consisting of the main hall, breakout rooms and lounge.

Main hall:  The main hall is approximately 700 square feet with a full wall of windows that enables your group to enjoy abundant natural lighting.  The hall has ample wall space to show a PowerPoint presentation or to place flip chart paper during a strategic meeting. This space seats 40 classroom style, 30 in rounds or 50 theatre style.

 

Breakout Rooms:  There are two rooms adjacent to the main hall which can be used for breakout activities or smaller meetings. Each room can seat 8 - 10 people boardroom style.

 

Lounge: This event space off the event facility entrance is ideal for registration and/or food service. We can easily set four tables for buffet service and a 6' registration table.

There are many hotels within minutes from Kesselman-Jones, Inc.  We can make recommendations based on your group's requirements, or you may want to take advantage of our special corporate rate at the Clubhouse Inn and Suites that we make available to all of our clients.

As a full-service event management firm, Kesselman-Jones, Inc. can assist with any or all of the details related to your event.  Our team has extensive experience and can assist with: strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, programming, facilitation, product development and customer services.  Our firm also offers continuing education coordination, evaluation, as well as speaker recruitment and support.

Weekday Rates

Full Meeting Space:      $ 50.00 per hour
Main Hall/Lounge Only:  $ 35.00 per hour
Breakout Room only:     $ 20.00 per hour

Cleaning Fee (for self or outside catered events only)

                                $30 under 35 people; $45 over 35 people

Weekend Rates:

Full Meeting Space:      $ 65.00 per hour
Main Hall/Lounge Only:  $ 50.00 per hour
Breakout Room only:     $ 35.00 per hour
