International Attendee Information

International participants should go to http://travel.state.gov/visa for important information on the visa application process for traveling to the United States. International attendees often need a letter of invitation from the Conference Manager in order to obtain a visa to visit the US. Because of increased scrutiny of visa applicants, many potential attendees of meetings in the United States have experienced unusual delays in obtaining travel visas.

If you require a letter of invitation in order to obtain a travel visa to attend the conference, you must first register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee(s). We must receive your registration payment and request for an invitation letter no later than October 1, 2007.

If you request express delivery of the invitation, you must pay, in advance, an additional express handling fee of $75 to $100 USD (depending on the cost of sending express mail to your country). Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery.
