GOALS
The outcome of the meetings are as follows:
- Use Youth Program Quality Assessment data to create a Program Improvement Plan for 2009-2010.
- Strategically examine multiple sources of data to begin a strategic plan and budget for 2009-2010.
- Be empowered to lead a conversation about strategic planning driven by data to finalize the 2009-2010 plan for submission.
- Successfully create a plan and budget which will be approved for 2009-2010 by deadline.
WHO IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND?
21st CCLC Project Directors and Site Coordinators for the New Mexico
Public Education Department (NMPED) Youth Program Quality Assessment
(YPQA).
Others may attend, as Project Directors deem necessary, to the success of
the 2009-2010 grant implementation.

- Copy of student work per YPQA visit
- Your own password for Scores Reporter, Cayen, OBMS
- All short cycle assessment data (if not in Cayen) as it pertains to your strategic plan
- Current year budgets and expenditures to date
DRESS
Business casual, we recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket to
accommodate room temperature.
