Conference Rates

Full conference registration includes: Access to 66 breakout sessions, 2 nationally renowned keynote presenters, conference materials, exhibit hall with giveaways, continental breakfast, lunch and snacks both days, up to $12 in parking reimbursements, entry in doorprize drawing for free registration to Head to Toe 14 and continuing education credit*.

One day conference registration: Access to 30-36 breakout sessions, depending on the day attending, a nationally renowned keynote presenter, conference materials, exhibit hall with giveaways (Wednesday only), a continental breakfast, lunch and snack, up to $6 parking reimbursement, entry in doorprize drawing for free registration to Head to Toe 14 (Thursday only) and continuing education credit*.

Preconference registration: Conference materials, snacks and beverage service, up to $6 parking reimbursement.

*You must meet the conference/board requirements to be eligible for credit.

How to Register

We are pleased to offer our conference attendees online registration. It’s fast, safe and easy. You will have access to your registration at all times and can update the information as needed. You can print an invoice, receipt or a listing of your session selections.  You will also receive important announcements via email from the conference office.

When you register online you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration as well as 24/7 access to your receipt and session selections.  If you do not receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of completing your registration please call us.  Sometimes the email address of our registration provider is blocked by your server as possible spam.

Payment Information

PAYMENT METHODS: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express), by check payable to Kesselman-Jones, Inc., or by purchase order.

Special Instructions - Purchase Orders:  An original or copy of your purchase order must be received in the conference office before you are considered registered. To be eligible for the Early Bird rate, your purchase order must be in our office by April 6. Purchase orders must reference attendee name(s).  Purchase order requests are not acceptable as payment. There is a $10 purchase order handling fee that must be paid for each purchase order submitted. If multiple people from one organization are attending the conference, you are welcome to batch them on one purchase order.  Kesselman-Jones' Tax ID number is 85-0409965.  Once a purchase order is received at the conference office you will be invoiced and are expected to pay, even if the individual does not attend. 

Special Instructions - Checks: If you selected "check" as your payment method, your registration will not be formally processed until the check has been received by the conference office. To be eligible for the Early Bird rate, your check must be in our office by April 6.  Make check payable to KESSELMAN-JONES, INC. and write the name of individual(s) registered and confirmation number on the check's memo line and mail to:

IMPORTANT -- TO QUALIFY FOR THE EARLY BIRD RATE payment must be received in the conference office by April 6 .  If a form of payment has not been received by April 6, registrants will be charged the regular registration fee. This applies to registrants submitting checks, purchase orders and credit card payments that are denied. A copy of your purchase order is considered "payment."  We must have a copy of the actual purchase order (not just the number) for you to be considered "paid."

Individuals who register in advance but do not submit a valid payment type by the identified deadline date will be charged the higher rate.  If you register and we do not receive payment before the event, we will not prepare registration materials for you and we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if space is not available.

Policies

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations received in writing by April 6, 2009 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $35. Notice of cancellation must completed either by submitting your cancellation through the online registration site or be sent in writing by either emailing H2T@Kessjones.com or by writing to the Registration Manager, Kesselman-Jones, Inc., PO Box 30182, Albuquerque, NM 87190. Should you need to cancel your registration after April 6, the registration fee remains payable in its entirety although a substitution will be accepted.

SUBSTITUTIONS AND NAME CHANGES: Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Return to the online registration site, enter your email address and follow the directions for making a substitution.

SPLITTING REGISTRATIONS:  Registrations may not be split.

INDEMNITY: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you informed of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, whatsoever caused, incurred or arising.

EVENT ACCOMMODATIONS: Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates have been arranged at the host hotel. It is necessary to contact the hotel directly with the booking reference specified on the conference web site. It is advisable to book early to secure these rates, as availability is not guaranteed.

TRAVEL:  Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation or weather related travel conditions.

SECURITY: Kesselman-Jones, Inc. is committed to ensuring that the submission of sensitive information, such as credit card details, is safe and secure. We employ reputable and reliable service providers to ensure such information is protected. All information we hold is kept secure with access limited to personnel charged with the processing of such data.
