Helpful Hints:

1) WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES. The Convention Center is a large facility so wear comfortable shoes and plan on some healthy physical activity! Consider wearing a pedometer so you see how many steps you take throughout the day!

2) DRESS IN LAYERS. Meeting rooms are notorious for being either too cool or warm, so we highly encourage you to dress in layers.

3) BRING A WATER BOTTLE: Due to the City's water savings policy, the Convention Center does not provide water in meeting rooms, but in water coolers located in the hallways.  Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day.
