Your job will be to handle our most important asset, our event attendees, both online and in-person. Once events go live again, this position will as well, so ultimately, it is not remote! Responsibilities and Duties
1) Oversee Event Registrations
· Define registration system architecture and establish registration policies and procedures
· Develop and implement pre-, during and post-event attendee communication plan
· Build, test, and launch an online registration system
· Monitor registration activity and data, auditing records for veracity and completeness
· Generate reports for internal and external purposes
· Provide live and electronic customer service
· Supervise preparation of attendee materials including name badge production, session ticketing, registration packets, etc.
· Coordinate scholarship/work-study programs including housing, transportation, reimbursements when required
· Supervise on-site registration area including collecting fees, managing volunteers, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, problem-solving, and providing customer service
· Facilitate move-in/move out of event supplies, managing inventory, packaging, and labeling
· Reconcile registration income
2) Apply for and Process Continuing Education Credits
· Develop and implement a plan for attendee tracking and certificate distribution in accordance with accrediting board(s) policies
· Create materials and implementation guidance
· Audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance
· Prepare and submit post-event documentation
· Maintain archives
3) Staffing & Volunteer Services
· With project coordinator, define event staffing needs, create job descriptions
· Coordinate scheduling
· Communicate roles and responsibilities
· Manage databases
· Create guidance documentation
· Develop and implement a training and recognition program
4) Other
· Research, procure and implement event technology as related to registration
· Support event team as needed
· Special projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to travel and work in the evening and on weekends if required
- At least 3 years of work experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the requirements listed above
- Type 50 WPM
- Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
