KJACTS is the phase during which all coordination and detailed arrangement of logistics and project requirements happens. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Member communications
- Reporting to Board of Directors
- Processing accounts payable/receivable
- Procurement of ancillary services or vendors
- Facilitating meetings
- Campaigning on behalf of the organization
