KJPOPS is our project management process modeled after the methodology outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ) developed by the Project Management Institute. Through KJPOPS we assess the goal for each component of your project addressing assumptions, constraints and resources. We then develop a comprehensive plan which includes action items, deadlines and assignments.
