The west side of our offices includes an event space that encompasses more than 1,100 square feet in four different rooms.
The main hall, which measures approximately 700 square feet, can accommodate groups of up to 50 people, depending on seating configuration. We have round tables that accommodate 8 people each, 6″ x 3″ tables that can be set classroom style or in a hollow square or U-shape, and 50 chairs that can be set theater style.
There are an additional two rooms, adjacent to the main meeting hall, which can be used for breakout activities, staging, smaller meetings or work space. Each room can seat 8 people.
Our event space also features a separate area perfect for catering or check in.

Laptops: Kesselman-Jones is one of the few places in Albuquerque that rents laptops. We have a total of 10 laptops in inventory. They are perfect for computer labs or trainings that require accessing websites. All have PowerPoint reader and DVD players. A limited number have full versions of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
LCD Projectors: We have four Dell 2400 lumen LCD projectors for rent.
Other supplies: As a full service event management company we also have a number of meeting support items available for rent including easels, sign holders, meeting chimes, lanyard holders, badge holders, etc.
We also have the capacity to set up an eight phone telephone back in our meeting facilities. More details can be provided upon request.
